How can I cancel my subscription?

We hope not, but in case you want to cancel your subscription you can do that as follows:

1. Login with your main user account
2. Click on your username
3. Click on account settings
4. Click on edit subscription settings
5. Scroll down, and click on “Yes, cancel my subscription”
6. Fill in a reason why you want to cancel and click on save

Note that your subscription will end at the end of the following month. That means you’ll receive your latest invoice at the end of the following month. Up until then, you and your colleagues can make use of Iveo.
