You’ve created your video with the app, but now the status is “waiting for files”? Don’t worry, our server is just waiting for all the video files to complete your video project. Sometimes (with a bad internet connection) this can take a little while. But there are some ways to speed things up:
Try to synchronize your app with the Iveo servers
- Click on the menu
- Click on the synchronize button
- If the button is active (turning around) it is uploading or downloading files at that moment
- If the button stops turning immediately and the button is not active, there is probably something wrong. In that case, check if all files are accessible on your smartphone. Check your camera roll, or gallery to see if all files are still available. If they are and it still doesn’t work, contact us so we can help you further.
Check if your internet connection is working well
Check if your internet connection is still working. Try this by visiting a website in your browser on your mobile phone. If this doesn’t work, there is probably something wrong with your internet connection. If you’re on WiFi, try how this works with mobile data and vice versa.
If you have a bad wifi connection, and your mobile data does work well, try to enable mobile data for your videos:
- Click on the menu button
- Click on settings
- Switch on “Use mobile data for video”
