If you’re sending your video project made with the Iveo app, you need to be connected with a wifi connection. Sometimes the use of mobile data can be quite expensive, sometimes it can be slow. That’s why we’ve specifically disabled mobile data as a default connection for up- and downloading large video files within the app.
However, if your mobile data is fast, cheap or you have plenty available, we advise you to enable mobile data as a way to transfer your video files to Iveo. When you enable your mobile data for the Iveo app, wifi keeps working as well of course.
If you want to enable mobile data for up- and downloading videos in the Iveo app:
- Click on the menu button
- Click on settings
- Switch on “Use mobile data for video”
