We send you emails when:

  • You have created an account
  • When your video is ready
  • When your logo animation is ready
  • When your cloud storage is full
  • When you deleted, activated or deactivated an account
  • When you canceled your subscription or switched to another plan

If you do not, or didn’t get these emails, you can check the following:

  1. Is your email address spelled correctly?

We often see that users spell their email addresses incorrect. If so, you won’t receive any emails.

  1. Did you check your spam/junk folder?

Every now and then and depending on your mail client, our notifications might end up in your spam folder. If so, mark this as “not spam” so that your mail client knows that we’re okay 🙂
