It can happen that your local smartphone storage is full, this can be very inconvenient. For these cases, we’ve built a clear cache feature within the Iveo app. It allows you to delete all data which is already sent to our servers (the cloud), and so is no longer needed on your smartphone. It takes account of files which aren’t uploaded yet, so don’t worry you’ll remove something that isn’t stored on our servers.

- Click on the menu button
- Click on settings
- Click on clear cache
